This study analyzes the renewable energy sector from a PF key approach. The diagnosis carried out has focused on knowing and analysing the characteristics and dynamics of the labour market, the training and competency needs of companies and the different offer of vocational training. In addition, the main innovative trends are described and the most sought-after, difficult to cover and emerging profiles are identified, with the ultimate aim of proposing strategies and actions or initiatives that respond to the sector’s needs

The study was based on a survey involving almost 100 companies of different types (photovoltaic sector, solar thermal, wind, bioenergy, etc.) and 28 interviews and 1 discussion group with different key agents, in which approximately 50 people participated.
