In this report we present the collected and analyzed data by the 8 organizations that participated  in the study during the 2021 year such as: the current European logistics industry in the Netherlands, Estonia, Spain, Portugal, Sweden and Finland; future challenges and trends in logistics; the way in which companies are adapting to new models; the most requested professional profiles and skills of the VET in the labor market – currently and those expected to be in demand – as well as a selection of good practices with transferability potential.
