This joint research with the Bertelsmann Foundation focuses on the rotating modality of Dual VET. In this modality, learners develop their practical training by rotating between companies in the same sector and territory. This allows them to acquire a more transversal vision of the potential tasks that they will have to develop.
The new VET law provides a case study of the implementation of the rotational modality. Through these case studies, we can identify the potential benefits, advantages, and areas of improvement for dual rotational itineraries, that can be used to guide the promotion of such itineraries.
