Report drawn up at the request of the Department of Education and the Department of Business and Employment of Reus (Mas Carandell) in order to promote and serve as a basis for the Territorial Council of Professional Training of the city. From the BCN Vocational and Education Training Foundation we have prepared the “Diagnosis of Reus in terms of FP” which addresses demographic trends, the labor market, and the supply and demand for training and work with social agents and productive fabric in order to detect the needs of professional profiles and talent of the territory. The information collected in this document is the basis for analyzing and coordinating the offer of initial professional training and for employment in the city, bearing in mind the evolution of the local labor market and the new training needs based on current professional and emerging profiles.
