The student Íker de Neira tells us about his international stay of Erasmus of medium degree of 3 months in the city of Munich in the company Hilti.

“My Erasmus+ experience in Munich was incredibly enriching both professionally and personally. I worked at Hilti in the R&D area of industrial chemistry, which allowed me to learn a lot about rheology and polymers, as well as applying my knowledge in a real and demanding environment. Despite being in a German-speaking country, the language barrier was never a problem, as Germans have an excellent level of English, which made it very easy for me to adapt.

During my stay, I also had the opportunity to immerse myself in Bavarian culture and learn about the history of Germany, something that fascinated me, even learning about art from all over the world going to museums practically every Sunday. I made numerous trips around Munich and its surroundings, exploring the region, and enjoyed a longer trip to Berlin, where I could learn in depth the history and dynamism of the capital. This experience not only helped me grow professionally, but also broadened my vision of the world and left me unforgettable memories.”
